The Intervenr Research Project
Intervenr is a research study.
Our goal is to study how people access information online. If you choose to participate, we will
ask you to install our Chrome extension (for a limited time) which will collect your browsing data, record
selected content from websites you visit and may alter your user experience on Google Search. We will also ask you to complete three surveys during your participation.
All collected data will be kept strictly confidential and used for research purposes only. We will not share your data with anyone who is not involved in this research. Any reports or publications based on this research will only use aggregate data and will not identify you or any individual participant. None of your Incognito browsing will be recorded.
You may stop participating at any time without penalty. You may also request that any data collected from your browser be deleted at any time.
